What did you do before joining TJC?
Over the years I’ve worked for GMTV, ITN News, I’ve done a lot of news reading and presenting for web companies whilst juggling an art career!! Phew! I don’t make it easy for myself.
What makes you enjoy working at TJC?
The staff are amazing here, really great people, and good fun to be around.
What is your favourite gemstone and why?
I have always adored diamonds for the their simplicity and beauty, not to mention they are so rare and precious! I love sparkle with a passion, and diamonds give this back to the wearer eternally.
Describe your personal style?
It changes from day to day, depending on how I’m feeling, but I always like to be a little quirky; trainers, jeans, with a tailored tweed jacket and trilby hat, to leggings, knee high boots and a cute dress. I always choose jewellery pieces that offset what I’m wearing, and love unusual designs.
What is your favourite colour and why?
I love cerise – the same colour as pink agate, when you see it sliced – just beautiful – and so feminine.
Name your favourite restaurant and Why?
GOUCHO in Richmond is THE best restaurant I’ve been to – it does the very best steak I have ever tasted – unbelievably good – and their ‘Don Pedro’ dessert is quite simply stuff of sweet tooth dreams.
If you were to travel around the world in 80 Days, which city will you begin from and why?
Wow – what a question! I’d maybe start in Venice, what a place, steeped in history, totally beautiful with so much to see and experience. I love the fact it’s all on water.
What is your worst ever fashion malfunction?
Probably years ago when I was 13 wearing stripy tights underneath denim hot pants – although I think this has come round again!!
What is your best TV show and Why?
Well, I love Made in Chelsea, America’s Next Top Model, The Inbetweeners, The Bachelor, I could go on – anything that I can let wash over me after a stressful day.
In exactly two words how would your best friend describe you?
Arty and lovely – I think….could be tall and a bit cheeky??
If you were to be the Prime Minister for Three (3) Hours, what would you do and why?
Abolish congestion charging, abolish all parking tickets.
Can you reveal a secret about a fellow TJC presenter?
Nope! Don’t know any of the Presenters well enough yet! |
