Welcome to the Rising Auction Instruction Pop Up.

1. You need to be a registered customer to be able to participate in auctions. Registration is easy and completely free. You can register by clicking on the register button in the top right of your screen. Alternatively please call us on 0844 375 4444.

2. When you see an auction you are interested in, simply enter your bid amount and click on the bid now button to enter the auction.

3. All auctions start from £1 to £7. This is because we have a starting price ranging from £0 to £5 on all our products. As all bidding increments are either set to £1 or £2, a winning bid could be £1 or £7. Please place your bids in whole pound amounts only. Do not use decimal points or any other characters. All bidding increments need to be a minimum of either £1 or £2.

4. By bidding on any auction item you are confirming your intent to purchase an item if you are the final winner. Failure to honour and repeated abuse of the system will automatically terminate your account and you may be restricted from bidding or buying from The Jewellery Channel in the future.

5. Once a bid is placed you cannot cancel it.
