I am writing to thank you very much for my latest delivery, Over Christmas I treated myself to a white topaz cross pendant. It is beautiful! I am wearing it and keep looking at it in the mirror as I can't get over how gorgeous it is! I have been watching TJC for about a year and have bought some lovely pieces from you. I just had to contact TJC to let you know a Tanzanite & Diamond Ring I ordered from you three days ago has just arrived. When I opened the packaging I found a beautiful pink box with a ribbon on top. Then when I opened this box and the jewellery box inside this I couldn't believe what I was looking at. It is the most breathtaking Tanzanite and Diamond ring I have ever seen and I am delighted with my purchase. I have purchased Tanzanite from another jewellery channel, but it is nothing like the one I purchased from you. Your Tanzanite is far superior. The colour is more intense and sparkles a lot more. What's more, I purchased this ring for a bargain price in one of your Tanzanite hours. I am a totally happy bunny!

I got a ring back from the jewellers this weekend that I had sent off to be valued. It was a Brazilian emerald cut Iliana 1ct emerald and diamond ring in yellow gold. I paid £199 for it. The woman in the jewellers was very rude and said that she couldn't do on the spot valuations but it was likely to be a created emerald for the price I paid: despite showing her the authentication card!
She annoyed me so much I was determined to prove her wrong, so I paid for it to be sent off and valued. When it came back with a value of £900 I was extremely pleased to be able to show it to her. I knew I'd got a good ring but I was amazed too.

(from Safeguard of the Birmingham Assay Office)... the first from your
Iliana range... an 18K White Gold, Natural Pink Diamond Pendant (0.66
ct), (shaped like a handbag) with 18K White Gold Box Chain - purchased
for £599.... valued at.... get this.... £4750 !!!! WOW... and
secondly a Rhapsody piece... a 950 Platinum Premier Pink Sapphire and
Diamond Pendant with 18'' 950 Platinum Box Chain... purchased for £389
and valued at £1300... another WOW!!!!
If anyone should doubt your gemstone quality I have certificates from
safeguard that state my pink handbag natural pink diamonds are of VS-SI
clarity (stated on air as SI) and the stones in my Rhapsody piece are
bigger than you suggested on air (you said the sapphire was 0.90ct - it
is actually 0.97ct - the 0.10ct diamond is actually 0.12cts!!!)
Clearly the quality of your gemstone jewellery cannot be faulted in
any respect... I simply haven't found anywhere else that offers

I just wanted to pass on my thanks for all your help with the above order. Miles and his team in the customer call centre went truly above and beyond to help make sure this was delivered before Christmas, calling the delivery depot to find out where the missing package had gone and arranging (many times!) a convenient delivery time. Although dealing with HDNL was a painful process (!) Miles and every member of the team I spoke to were understanding but, most helpfully, were really practical in getting the problem solved. I have just received my latest order of jewellery and as always am delighted with the gemstones in each ring, also i love the designs of the pieces. I think i'm slightly addicted to buying your wonderful jewellery lol, (am waiting for two more rings a kunzite and a tanzanite) its just so beautiful and affordable cant resist it.
All 5 rings i received today are so much more than what i expected, i would recommend your jewellery to all my friends and family.
I would like to say item 734020 trilogy ruby ring, is the piece that stands out with its rich deep reds which i love about the gemstone, but the surprising thing is the clarity its fantastic and the 14k gold overlay makes it look even more impressive.
Also item 755619 the opal and white topaz ring is beautiful, with the opal the flashes of colours that come out of it are amazing, even just the slightest movement of my finger its like a rainbow of colours bursting out. The white topaz surrounding it are sparkly and makes this ring so glamourous.
688658 is absolutely perfect couldn't want anything more from a cluster of amethyst, its array of all shades of purples and lilacs, the brilliance and the fire, the flower design.
726007 the kyanite is striking with deep royal blues, with shades of neon blues coming through could be mistaken for blue sapphire. The contemporary design of this ring with like kisses on the shoulders and the sparkle of the diamonds is wonderful.
684871 citrine and white topaz ring is amazing, pretty and sparkly, with fire and brilliance, the clarity is fantastic. Definitely a cocktail ring!
But also the prices just so amazing what makes it so easy to come back and make more purchases, which i'm sure to do again and again.

The Jewellery Channel is one of the few shopping destinations where quality of stones and workmanship of each peice can be counted on - especially the Iliana range. Having said this, I recently purchased a pair of Tahitian pearl earrings (earrings cannot be sent back for hygiene reasons) in sterling silver. When they arrived I was astounded - they were stunningly gorgeous. How can these be sold at such an incredibly low price!? Well done TJC and keep up the good work. I am not sure if this is the correct way to express my gratitude for the level of customer service and product i received on 07/10/11 but i feel the need to express my appreciation. My partner and I ordered an engagement ring from TJC and paid express delivery so that i could have the ring for our engagement party on 08/10/11.
After a hiccup with delivery (attempted delivery to wrong address and courier too far away to return) i spoke to TJC who gave me a different number to call and i managed to get through to DX. DX gave me the highest level of customer service i have experienced to date, by admitting fault and ensuring the ring reached me the same day as promised. I work for a private training provider who specialise in customer services so i do have extremely high expectations of customer service but these were still surpassed by DX. The man who spoke to me over the phone was extremely compassionate and made sure i was 100% happy with the outcome and the man who turned up at my door with the ring made my year.
When i received the ring i was absolutely blown away, it was even nicer than the pictures and fit me perfectly. I am very picky about jewellery and all i can say about my ring is wow, i will shop with TJC again!
I just want to say thank you so very much to everyone involved and say that i went on to have an excellent engagement party which was the best day of my life so far. Thank you all so much for helping me achieve my perfect day.
